The short answer

If you want a long-established provider to run payroll and file federal, state and local taxes, with 24/7 support and HR help desks, ADP RUN is built for that, priced by quote. If your hardest problem is scheduling and covering shifts for an hourly team, AppyShift does it out of the box for $30 a month, while ADP sells time and scheduling as an add-on to RUN.
