Build an estimated pay statement from hours, locations, and tax elections.
Estimate gross wages, employee payroll taxes, deductions, and net pay using AppyShift's payroll tax rate feed. Address and election details are used for the current request and are not saved.
Estimate a US hourly pay statement
The calculator uses the configured payroll tax feed only while AppyShift has API capacity available.
Location affects the estimate
Select both the work and home locations so the tax feed can consider state reciprocity and supported local jurisdictions. ZIP codes and municipal boundaries do not always match, so verify local taxes independently.
Use the current withholding election
Enter the pay frequency, filing status, and relevant W-4 amounts for the situation being modeled. State forms, exemptions, reciprocity certificates, benefits, and employer-specific tax settings may change the final result.
Treat the result as a comparison
The generated statement is an informational estimate, not a pay stub, payroll record, tax return, or guarantee. Compare it with the employer's payroll system and obtain qualified help for a specific tax situation.
